We operate the website at flashpips.com and the FlashPips trading software (the “Software”), a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor built to automate news-driven trading, and we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website, downloading or purchasing the Software, or taking part in our referral program, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Information you provide — your name, email address, and country when you create an account, download the Software, or make a purchase, as well as any details you share in support or activation requests.
• License data — your license key, activation count, purchase date, and whether you hold the Free or Full version.
• Referral program data — your referral link, the signups you refer (including their email addresses where needed to attribute commissions), your PayPal email for payouts, and your earnings and payout history.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (for example, Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full card number or payment credentials.
• Automatically collected — IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, and similar usage data collected through cookies and server logs.

The Software connects to MetaTrader 5 and your chosen broker, and our site may link to third-party websites. MetaQuotes, your broker, and any linked sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
